C. Scheitel: I created this blog to display the things I Create, Make, and Bake. I will mostly be adding my latest and greatest creations from the kitchen. My mom got me interested in baking at a very young age and to this day it is one of my favorite things to do. The challenge now is to make things that are not only tasty, but also healthy.
